In the first Khamoon level when you are in the room with the panthers (it is right before the large sand trapdoor room and has a central pillar) that you have to shoot, jump down and shoot another group, then pull a switch and shoot a third group etc. etc. there is a target you have to shoot that makes a hook descend from the ceiling allowing you to swing over to a secret area.
